I can receive email but I cannot send email

If you can receive email and you cannot send email, the most likely cause is that your isp is blocking port 25 for outgoing SMTP traffic. Within your email client settings, you can change the outgoing smtp port number to port 26 or 587.  Outgoing mail must also be authenciated in order to send emails from the server.

If the issue still persists, please open a support ticket and provide us the following details;

smtp host name or ip address
smtp username
smtp password
smtp port number
