Go to your cpanel and click on the Email Accounts button in the Mail area.
Enter the email address and password you wish to use. You can also choose to set up a quota on the mailbox. When the email user's inbox reaches that quota, emails are returned to sender stating the mailbox is full. Or you can leave it set to unlimited and as long as there is space on your hosting account the mailbox can continue to receive emails.
